About Me

Hey there, my name’s Chez Koews, and ‘A Stroll Through Europe’ is a blog that I’ve created to share my experiences and the research I find on all the beautiful locals in Europe that I add to my bucket list.

In the months leading up to January 2022, my wife and I sold nearly everything we owned and made the move from Manitoba (a province in the middle of Canada) to Lisbon, Portugal to start our next adventure.

Since the move we’ve been fortunate enough to travel to Spain, UK, Germany, Czechia, Malta, Finland, and Sweden (a lot, because our best friends live there).

Through this blog, I plan on sharing the best cafés to go café hopping to, the best burger joints to hit up, the best neighborhoods to walk through and photograph, and much more!
